Shipping Policy

At Crescent, we will do our best to ensure our products reach their designated destination.

Shipping

Shipping costs are a flat rate of £4.95 on orders under £75. All of our orders are hand printed on demand. While this means that (hopefully!) we will always have your size and style available, we may need up to 4 working days to order in new materials and complete the printing and packaging process. All shipping takes  1-3 working days with tracking to arrive, so generally speaking please allow up to 1 week for your order to arrive fresh off the press!

Courier 

Once the courier has delivered the items, Crescent cannot be held responsible for the parcel being lost (after delivery). However, we are happy to help with any queries you may have, open a case, and liaise with the courier to resolve the issue.
