At Crescent , your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. 

Returns 

We have a 14-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused (with tags and in its original packaging), accompanied by proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us by using the contact form. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Please note that customers are responsible for their own shipping costs. 

Damages and Issues

In the unlikely event that the product is faulty upon delivery, please get in touch with us immediately. Upon evaluation, we will offer you a free exchange or a refund. 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within ten business days if approved. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
